»  Click for details » Fleece
Polyester fleece is a soft, fuzzy fabric used for sweaters, sweat shirts, jackets, mittens, hats, blankets, and in any other applications where a warm, wool-like material is needed. It is a two-sided pile material, meaning that both the front and back surface of the fabric sprouts a layer of cut fibers, similar to corduroy or velvet. Polyester fleece is an extremely durable fabric that not only holds in warmth but resists moisture and dries quickly. Unlike many other synthetic woolly textiles, polyester fleece does not pill-bunch up into little balls-after extended use. It became popular for out-door gear in the early 1990s, because back-packers and hikers found it lighter weight and warmer than wool. It is increasingly popular as a fashion fabric, and has found a host of more specialized uses.

Cotton duck is a type of textile. It is used in a wide range of industries, and can be found used in the manufacture of shoes, slipcovers for furniture, work clothes, sails, bags, and a variety of other things. As a general rule, cotton duck is plain, but very strong. Like other textiles made from cotton, duck is relatively easy to care for. In most cases, it can be washed and dried at any temperature. It will become more soft and flexible with time, ultimately breaking down at areas of high stress. When used as a garment, cotton duck can be stiff and unwieldy at first, but it will settle within a few washings and wearings, and it should start to feel like a second skin.

»  Click for details » Micro-Denier Suede
Microdenier suede is a term for fabric made from microfiber filament yarns that undergo a sueding finishing process. Microsuede starts with microdenier yarns, which are used to produce microfiber fabrics. Then the surface of the microfiber fabric goes through a sueding finishing process. Sueding a fabric is a process of running the fabric through cylinders with a sandpaper-like surface, creating a napped surface with an extremely soft feel. Even though comprised of synthetic fibers, microsuede has the touch and weight of genuine suede.
